I am Kilian Calo, Associate Producer on the Playlist team for Rainbow Six Siege. My role is all about coordination and leadership – managing teams and timelines to reach the same common goal, delivering features that improve the player’s experience. If there’s one trait I want people to associate with me, it’s drive. After an early setback, I returned to education and earned a Computer Science degree with honors, which opened the door to the games industry as a programmer. After some years, my career switched to a Production role because I saw a possibility of having a bigger impact within the teams I was working on. Basketball has been part of my life for over 20 years – as a player, coach and enthusiast. I always try to bring the same teamwork, a competitive mindset, and resilience into my team like in a game of Siege.
